Firstly, you need to share the invoice and image of product you wish to return via email bellalucejewellery@gmail.com within 24 hrs of receiving the order.

Secondly, once your return request has been approved you need to ship the product to us with all original packaging by keeping it back in original box/packaging. Product should be shipped within 5 days of return acceptance. Order needs to be shipped at - Emami city, 2 Jessore road, Block C1, Flat 1002, Kolkata-700028, Name-Nikita Bajaj, contact-9007412853.

Shipping charges are to be borne by buyer only.

The product must be in new condition with all original packaging intact. No return/ refund will be initiated if product received is in damaged condition.

Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products shipped via above email id.

Lastly, refund process will start once we receive your package. Once package is received, we will inform you about it within 24-48 hrs. Upon quality check, you will be notified about your total refund amount.

 

Refund Process

Refund will be issued as a credit in the form of coupon code only. The coupon code is a one-time use code and cannot be applied again to any other order. The coupon code has a 1-year validity from the date of issuance and can be used any time within the 1-year period for your purchase.

 

Refund Time:

1. Coupon code will be processed within 3 working days from the day we receive the returned products or the confirmation of cancellation of the orders.

2. For products received damaged we will happily ship a replacement of same product or issue a coupon code of the said amount. Intimation about damaged order received needs to be given in 24hrs of order received.

3. Replacement will be shipped once we receive the damaged product.

Conditions:

1. A charge of Rs 70 will be deducted if product is returned as forward shipment charges in case of prepaid order and in case of COD order Rs 150 will be deducted.

2. Refunds and cancellation are not applicable on purchases made through coupon and offers.

3. Coupon issued can be used only once .
